At the end of this form, you will be required to provide the appropriate documentation to qualify the equipment you selected, and the compliance items (I.e. registration, road and fuel taxes) you selected to maintain. If specific documentation is unable to be provided simply because it is pending, you can still complete this application. However, the application is designed to safeguard our company from producing ICOAs for contractors, without having the proper documentation on file to qualify the operating model. Therefore, only make selections you have digital copies of documents on hand for, that can be uploaded for verification. If paperwork was unavailabele because it was pending and received at a later date, the ICOA can be adjusted after the paperwork has been received by Bright Trucking and verified.
